Travel sites are full of “top 10 things to do in Tokyo”. But when you’re standing in Shibuya with two hours before dinner, what you really want to know is: what can I actually do right now?

Fun2Tokyo answers exactly that. Tell us where you are, how much free time you have and where you need to be afterwards. We estimate travel time, typical visit length and opening hours, and only show things that fit, with a safety margin so you’re not left rushing.

How we estimate time

Travel times are estimates based on distance and typical Tokyo train and walking speeds. They are deliberately cautious. Always check the exact route in Google Maps, which we link from every suggestion.

Where the information comes from

We curate places ourselves and write our own descriptions. Bookable experiences come from partners such as Viator and Tiqets. Opening hours can change, so please check the official website before you go.
